The Food
Achieving good nutrition is a primary focus of the 20/20 Lifestyles program. 20/20 Cuisine On-the-Go is designed to offer you delicious and convenient entrées and snacks to make eating on the go healthier and easier. Each entrée, sandwich, salad and breakfast selection meets the following 20/20 Lifestyles nutrition criteria:
  • 20% or more of calories from protein
  • 30% or less of calories from fat
  • 800 mg or less of sodium
  • 650 calories or less
In addition, menu items only contain whole grains, and heart healthy olive and canola oils.
